Commitment.
We always make sure that our website follows accessibility best practices by following the principles of universal design. This ensures the site is flexible and adaptable to different users’ needs or preferences and is accessible through a variety of different technologies, including mobile devices or assistive technologies. Our website is compatible with most major Internet browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. However, our website may not perform optimally on Internet Explorer and older browser versions.
Standards.
Wherever possible, our website will adhere to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). These guidelines outline four main principles that state that sites should be:

Operable - User interface components and navigation must be operable.
Understandable - Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable.

During the development phase we endeavor to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) published by the Web Accessibility Initiative, and also try to help improve the accessibility of our website for users with disabilities by:
Retaining the ability to adjust the font size.
Maintaining color/contrast ratios for text.
Providing keyboard accessible navigation.
Providing skip to content links at the top of the page.
Minimizing blinking, flashing, or other distracting features.
Working with experienced accessibility consultants, Terra Property Group is taking the steps necessary to achieve substantial conformance with WCAG. We are providing training to necessary individuals on an ongoing basis regarding accessible website design and maintenance. Furthermore, our website will continue to be assessed on a recurring basis from both an engineering and user-experience basis, including with a view toward the perspective of individuals who use assistive technologies.
