We primarily look for urban infill locations in close proximity to colleges, job centers, major transportation hubs, and vibrant retail corridors.
We select and screen potential investments using a conservative set of criteria and our own underwriting model, which is based on the operating history of the property, its local market, and the experience gained through our past projects.
